DESIGNED TO EXCEL IN RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
- Weighing only 46 pounds, the RDM quickly folds for easy storage or transport. Maneuvering around obstacles or cleaning in tight places, the unit's light handling allows side-to-side or back-and-forth cleaning action. The low profile cleaning head fits beneath furniture and beds where other tools can't reach. A durable polycarbonate cover makes "soft" contact with walls and furniture, preventing scratches and marks. Soft-bumpered cleaning heads can pass right over heat registers, drapery cords or electric cords without damage or tangling.
STEAM CARPETS FAST AND DRIES IN ONE HOUR.
- The results are in...The Dry-Master's revolutionary jetless Cleaning Tecnology cleans faster, better and leaves the carpet 6 times drier than the same carpet cleaned with a scrub wand. Independent laboratory testing* shows that the rotary Dry-Master (RDM) leaves 85% less residual moisture after cleaning compared to a wand. On a typical 1200 square foot home, the Rotary Dry-master will leave about 1 gallons vs. over 8 gallons left when using other type (wand). This laboratory testing proves the Rotary Dry-Master substantially out-cleans the wand with far less work and with significantly faster drying.
WHAT IS JETLESS CLEANING TECHNOLOGY?
- Dry-Master patented process replaces the ordinary spray jet with a dynamic high-flow, high-recovery cleaning head. Because a wand's spray jets are located well above the carpet , much of the potential heat is lost before the solution ever reaches the surface. The RDM eliminates this heat loss problem with a precision slot angled towards a matched vacuum recovery port creating a highly effective "Cleaning Zone". The cleaning solution is applied as a "sheet" rather than a jet spray, allowing controlled penetration of the fiber without wetting the carpet backing. This high-flow/high recovery technology will maximize the heat and vacuum performance of any cleaning system, truckmount or portable.

The 12 Step Carpet Cleaning Program
Before your carpet is cleaned, please remove breakables and items from tables and other furniture that will be moved by our crew. Remove all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the areas to be cleaned. Also, arrange for pets and children to be away from the area where we are cleaning.
STEP 1- Pre-inspection
Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, soiling conditions, and advise you of any possible permanent staining.
STEP 2- Prevacuum
Your carpet will be thoughly prevacuumed to remove dry soil. This is one of the most important steps to perform before any cleaning.
STEP 3 – Furniture
Larger pieces of furniture, such as, beds and dressers, will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
STEP 4- Pre-spray & Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are presprayed for more effective soil and spot removal.
STEP 5- Pre-Groom
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil.
STEP 6- Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art HydraMaster hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 180°F - 190°F.
STEP 7- Neutralize
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is not sticky residue left behind. This treatment is used as a rinse or applied after the rinse depending on soiling condition.
STEP 8- Post-spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.
STEP 9- Dry Bonnet
Some carpets benefit from a dry bonnet process. Ask your technician whether he advises this process or not. Dry bonnet assists in faster drying and prevents wicking on some carpets.
STEP 10- Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to speed dry carpet.
STEP 11- Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
STEP 12- Post Inspection
